What happens if my shipment is returned to sender?

Shipments may be returned to sender due to 3 missed delivery attempts, an address issue, or damaged package. This may cause a reshipment delay to occur due to replacement processing and damage claims. If your package is returned to us due to a missed delivery, there is an automatic reshipment charge.

 

An adult 21+ signature is required for delivery of alcohol shipments. To enhance your shipping experience, a business address is recommended.
